Casa Pavone is an entire private holiday villa near Carovigno in Puglia. It is not a hotel, apartment, resort or shared property. During your stay, the house, garden, terraces and swimming pool are exclusively yours.

Casa Pavone accommodates a maximum of four guests.

The villa has two double bedrooms, each with its own indoor en-suite bathroom. There is also an outdoor bath and shower, allowing guests to enjoy the surrounding nature in complete privacy.

Yes. The two separate double bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms provide comfort and privacy for two couples travelling together.

Yes. The villa offers two bedrooms, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a private swimming pool. Parents remain responsible for supervising children, particularly around the pool.

Yes. Casa Pavone has a private outdoor swimming pool reserved exclusively for guests staying at the villa.

No. The swimming pool, garden and outdoor areas are completely private and are not shared with anyone else.

Yes. The pool is cleaned and maintained regularly. Weekly pool maintenance may take place during longer stays.

Casa Pavone has a private garden, sun terrace, sunbeds, shaded lounge areas and outdoor dining spaces. Guests can relax by the pool, dine outside or enjoy an evening under the stars.

Yes. Casa Pavone has an outdoor bath and shower, offering a private bathing experience surrounded by nature.

Casa Pavone is located in the countryside near Carovigno, in the province of Brindisi in Puglia, southern Italy. The villa offers a quiet rural setting while remaining close to towns, restaurants, shops and the Adriatic coast.

Yes. Ostuni, known as the White City, is approximately 15 minutes away by car.

Carovigno is approximately 5 minutes away by car. Its historic centre has restaurants, cafés, bars, local shops and supermarkets.

The nearest Adriatic beaches are approximately 10 to 15 minutes away by car. Several beaches around Specchiolla, Santa Sabina and the Torre Guaceto area can be reached easily from the villa.

Yes, a car is strongly recommended. Casa Pavone is located in the countryside and public transport is limited. A car also makes it easier to visit nearby beaches, restaurants and historic towns.

Yes. Free private parking is available at Casa Pavone.

Brindisi Airport is the closest airport and is approximately 30 minutes away by car. Bari Airport is approximately one hour away, depending on traffic.

Yes. Casa Pavone is well positioned for visiting Carovigno, Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica, San Vito dei Normanni and the Adriatic coast. Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Martina Franca, Lecce and Monopoli are also suitable for day trips.

Yes. The villa has air conditioning to provide a comfortable stay during the warmer months.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

Yes. The modern kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso machine and the essential equipment needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Yes. Fresh towels, quality bed linen, soap and toilet paper are provided for your arrival.

The tap water should not be used as drinking water. We recommend using bottled water for drinking and cooking.

Yes. In addition to air conditioning, the villa has a wood-burning stove for stays during cooler periods.

Pets are not normally permitted at Casa Pavone, but we sometimes allow small dogs. Please contact us before booking if you have a specific question.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Yes. Carovigno has supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, bars and excellent restaurants and is approximately 5 to 10 minutes away by car. Ostuni, San Vito dei Normanni and Ceglie Messapica provide further dining options.

A professional end-of-stay cleaning service is mandatory. The applicable cleaning fee is shown separately during the booking process.

Check-in is normally available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. These times may be flexible upon request and subject to availability. Detailed arrival instructions are provided before your stay.
